Join Mandolins in Brisbane for Echoes & Landscapes, an inspiring afternoon

celebrating the beauty and diversity of music for plucked strings.

The program pays tribute to the enduring legacy of Australian composer and

conductor Robert Schulz, while exploring musical landscapes through works by

Australian composers. Audiences will experience the rich, expressive sound of the

mandolin orchestra in a varied program ranging from intimate chamber works to full

orchestral performances.

Mandolins in Brisbane is Queensland’s foremost mandolin and guitar ensemble

and plays a varied repertoire that ranges from Renaissance to contemporary.

The concert features special guest soloists:

Allan Hall – Cello

Marissa Carroll – Mandolin

Joel Woods – Guitar

Together with the Mandolins in Brisbane Orchestra, these outstanding musicians will

present a memorable afternoon of music filled with warmth, colour and storytelling.
