For many years, the Thrift Shop was run by Connie Tipper, a long-standing and faithful member of our community who passed away in 2012.
While the shop still bears her name – Tipper’s Treasures – it is now run by a wide team of joyful volunteers.
If you’re looking for a bargain, you’re in the right place. Our prices tend to be low because we don’t have any expensive overheads to worry about, and you can also enjoy a cuppa and a chat while you browse.
Donations are always welcome – and volunteers even more so! So, if you have time to spare, we’d love to have a chat.
Where: Upper Church Hall. Enter via Agnes Street
When: Thursday mornings and the first Saturday of each month 9am - 12pm (closed for Christmas holidays).
